Download ProxHTTPSProxy and install it. After installing it, run ProxHTTPS Cert Install.exe, then wait a few seconds. After that, run ProxySwitch.bat and press A, then run ProxHTTPSProxy_PSwitch.exe. Make sure to allow it in your firewall (a warning should come up). After this, you should be able to connect!
